Jordan never sees a label.

  • "I'm leaving with something useful" dipped to A little, below Jordan's usual (Mostly).
  • Would like to change something: a slower pace.

Tip · first honest answer

Thank them for saying it. Ask about it with curiosity, and don't explain or defend. Change something they'll notice next session, and name it.

What is The Client Path?

The Client Path is client retention software for therapists and group practices. After every session it asks your client four quick questions, flags early warning signs against that client's own usual answers, and gives you the reason and a tip before the next session.

Therapy happens in the session. Dropout happens between them.

It's rarely about the quality of your work. It's what goes unsaid, and the quiet week in between.

The unsaid

It's hard to tell your therapist it isn't working.

So many clients don't. They stay polite in the room, then quietly stop booking.

The drift

Nobody announces they're about to stop coming.

It looks like a rescheduled appointment, a skipped week, a slower reply. By the time it's obvious, they're already gone.

The blind spot

Practice owners find out from the schedule.

In a group practice, early dropout shows up weeks later as an empty slot.

One week between two sessions.

How The Client Path works: set it up once for each client. Then this runs on its own after every session, timed from your Google Calendar or a regular time you set.

    Tuesday, 4:50 pm · Session 6 ends

Jordan answers in about 20 seconds, in the app or in the phone's browser with no account: did they feel understood, did you focus on what matters to them, are they leaving with something useful, and what would they like next time. Words, not grades.

Works beside your EHR.

The Client Path doesn't record your sessions or replace your EHR. It covers what happens between them.

Built by a group practice owner who watched 35% of new clients stop coming by month two.

What is The Client Path?

The Client Path is client retention software for therapists and group practices, made by Minds Awakened LLC. After every session, clients answer four quick taps, and you see who's drifting, why, and what to say next time.

Is this another AI note-taker?

No. The Client Path doesn't record your sessions or replace your EHR. It asks your clients how each session went, and shows you who's drifting, why, and what to do about it.

Won't clients just tell me what I want to hear?

The Session Pulse is built for honest answers. It asks about the session, not about you, and the answers are words, not grades. A note from the app, never from you, explains that most therapists want to hear what isn't working. Because most clients answer near the top, it flags dips from each client's own usual answers, not just low scores.

What if a client says they want to stop?

Nothing gets cancelled. A client can ask to talk about a break or wrapping up at the next session, and you see why. "I'm feeling better" shows as a planned ending, not a dropout. Cost and scheduling come with options to offer, and "it's not helping" comes with a tip about fit, including a referral when that's right.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. Every plan, including Free, includes a Business Associate Agreement. Read the BAA.

What does my client see?

A calm app: four quick taps after each session, the practices you assign, the summaries you send, their assessment trends, a private place to reflect, and messages with you. Clients never see a risk label, and they only ever see their own information.

What happens if a client writes something concerning?

Crisis language is flagged to you in the app right away, and clients can reach crisis resources, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, from inside the app. The Client Path isn't an emergency service and doesn't replace your own safety planning.

When do the Session Pulse and the new plans start?

November 30, 2026. You can start on the free plan today, and the new features arrive in the same account.

How does Group pricing work?

$49 a month for each clinician, including the owner, with a 3-seat minimum, so Group starts at $147 a month. A practice with 6 clinicians pays $294. Group adds the owner's retention view to everything in Pro.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves back to the free plan instead of closing.

Find out who's drifting before they cancel.
